By registering to join the Heart Space Events, you agree to the following terms:

• You consent to receive electronic communications regarding event details, updates, and other related information;
• You acknowledge and understand that online events may require participation via video call platforms such as Zoom.
  By registering, you agree to actively engage in video calls, including sharing video and audio as needed, while adhering to event guidelines;
• You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and refrain from recording or distributing any session content without prior written consent.

Zoom Account Requirement
To ensure a seamless and secure experience for all participants, you must sign up for a free Zoom account (https://www.zoom.us/signup#/signup) prior to attending the online event.

Your displayed name must match the name provided during registration.

Individuals attempting to join as “guest” or using unidentifiable usernames will not be granted access to the event.

You acknowledge that participation in workshops and events is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. Any advice, guidance, or techniques shared during the event are for educational and informational purposes only.

Payment Policy 

Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Square (credit card) and Interac e-Transfer (available for Canadian bank accounts only).

• PayPal and Square payments will process automatically upon registration.
  Once cleared, your spot for the event will be fully secured.
• Interac e-Transfer,  until payment is received, your spot will be held tentatively.
  If payment is not received by the event date, you will not be able to attend.
